Offering an open floor open for just about any need, whether it be a photo shoot, meeting or intimate gathering, this space is flexible to meet your needs. Easy access off of Elliott Ave W in lower Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle's quieter part of the city, sits just off the railroad tracks and offers west facing light in the afternoons. Nearby you'll find our friends Citizen Six for some delicious asian/mex food and cider or several distilleries along the Ave. This space is unique with sleek architectural elements including glass and a platform great for a band or elevated sitting area. A special feature everyone loves is a shower in the bathroom! Standing guests fit comfortably at 65 and sitting 45. We can't wait to see how you utilize this space! We pride ourselves on exceptional, friendly and approachable service. The studio has been home to a number of prestigious guests for photo shoots, pop-up stores and special events. Our clients include Nordstrom, Filson, InCase, Julep Cosmetics, Brooks Running Shoes, Amazon and many, many more. Our prime location in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood is walking distance from the Seattle Waterfront, Key Arena, Seattle Center, parks, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants and local nightlife. Catering and craft services is available upon request and start as low as $15/person. We provide additional grip and production packages for rent as well. We can source additional resources through our rental partners including AV services, folding chairs and banquet equipment. (Additional equipment rental charges apply) We can also supply professional photography equipment and lighting, a digital tech station, craft services / catering and production staffing through our in-house team. While we only offer hourly rates, we are often able to accommodate tight budgets.
