We are one of the edgiest spaces in the East Bay. Located in Downtown Martinez, this 1,800 square foot space was the original Elections Building for Contra Costa County. It has been recently updated to include modern, industrial amenities such as concrete walls, gray wood floors, bright white walls, 16-foot ceilings with exposed rafters, and brick beams. Large windows allow for an abundance of direct light all day which creates the perfect lighting for photo shoots. The conference room seats 8 and comes with free wifi, smart tv for projecting proposals, large conference table, and coffee/tea service. Makeup Artists - We have a beautiful make up station equipt with salon chair and professional lighting can be rented by the hour for make up and hair trials. This open concept space can be used for cocktail parties, networking meetings, intimate catered dinners/luncheons, birthday parties, works shops, pop up shops, bridal or fashion shows and more.

This beautiful luxury space is a photographers ideal shoot space so much to choose from as far as props, wall, curtain, chairs, rugs, pillows, vanity and more.. Host was attentive and accommodating. The Studio was wonderful. Plenty of room to work. It was clean and very well lit. Lots of lighting and plenty of props. The Owner was wonderful and extremely helpful. I plan on using this studio in the future for my shoots. Also the hourly rate was very reasonable and i def got my money worth of work. Would highly highly recommend this location studio. - Zachary
