The possibilities are endless! up to 30 people $150/hr up to 60 people $200/hr up to 100 people $250/hr up to 150 people $350/hr up to 200 people $400/hr *100 person or above parties a minimum of 6 hours. CATERING... there are several spots perfect for your vendor to set up. POOL & HOT TUB... The backyard also features a gorgeous swimming pool with a large hot tub. The deep end of the pool is 9ft. (diving and jumping not permitted). The shallow depth is great for large groups to gather and hang out in the pool and lends itself perfectly for a game of volleyball. There is also a baja shelf for lounging and relaxing for guests who don't want to get much more than their feet wet (it's also a great area for children under parental supervision). The hot tub provides bench seating for your guests and can fit 10-12 guests comfortably with more seated along the perimeter. BEDROOMS ... There are 2 Bedrooms (Downstairs), with Private bathrooms and Queen size beds. BATHROOMS... There is 3 full bathroom (Downstairs). NOTE: Your booking time includes your arrival and departure. Be sure to plan for any set-up and take-down for decorations and vendors. Private belongings can be secured away in a locked room during your event. Sun-Thurs, noise levels and music need to drop after 10pm. Fri-Sat, noise levels and music need to drop after midnight. Sun-Thurs bookings can go till 11pm. Fri-Sat bookings can go till 2am. Host may or may not be on premises. If host is not on the premises, she will be available via phone to answer any questions. At the end of the event, you are required to make sure all trash is in the trash bins, spilled food is picked up and furniture returned to original location. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW: - All events are required to obtain event insurance here (be sure to choose the correct type of event from the drop down menu): https://www.theeventhelper.com/#iHlgN7 - Outside food & drink is allowed. - All-Age events that have alcohol must have a bartending staff serving the drinks and check IDs. - No pets. - Smoking is allowed in the backyard only in the back rock section only. Smoking is not allowed in/on/near any furniture. - No jumping or diving into pool or hot tub (deep-end is 5ft deep). - All events that include swimming with underage guests will be required to hire a lifeguard(s). - No confetti or glitter. No balloons filled with confetti or glitter. - Beer bottles, soda bottles, glass water bottles (and any other similar single serving glass bottles) are not permitted. Wine and alcohol bottles must remain on the bar. All glass containers need to remain on the bar. - If any glass breaks, host must be notified immediately. If the glass breaks in or near the pool/hot tub, you will be charged to drain/clean/refill and for any other subsequent damages. - Drink-ware must be break-resistant. If you can squeeze your plastic cup and it cracks than you need to use different cups. No "crystal" plastic cups. - Music gets capped off at 90 decibels Fri-Sun afternoon. 80 decibels Sun night-Thurs night. DJs are required to use the provided sound system (no microphone usage). - Sun-Thurs noise levels and amplified sound need to drop after 10pm. Fri-Sat noise levels and amplified sound need to drop after midnight. - All trash is to be placed in the provided bins. Any spilled food is to be picked up and thrown away. - The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional charges will be applied if space is left as a mess. Please be respectful of the space. - All furniture is to be returned to original location. - No loitering in front of property. Please be respectful of neighbors. - All rental times include set-up and take-down. You will be let into the home when your booking time begins. Please do not arrive on the property more than 10 minutes before your booking start time. - No illegal activity is allowed on the premises. - You may be required to hire security depending on the event. - You accept responsibility for any & all damage to the property incurred during the time of your booking as a result of your event.
