About the Space
Our New York studio is located at 130 W 29th St, 6th Floor in the heart of Chelsea. We have 5 full-service studios, as well as a brand new live room equipped with a baby grand piano and full drum set to accommodate any project, big or small. With a spacious lounge and full kitchen, our doors are always open to work on your next project. Our brand new, custom studios were designed by accredited architect, Wes Lachot of Wes Lachot Design Group from Chapel Hill, NC. Wes Lachot specializes in studio design and acoustic consulting. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
