Located in the heart of vibrant South Lake Union, the room seats 40 classroom-style or 80 theatre-style. The 80-inch flat screen display offers both wireless and wired connections via HDMI, VGA, or AirPlay (Apple TV). The 397 square foot room also includes a built-in PA system, wireless gigabit internet connection, a large whiteboard, blinds for privacy, a wire hanging display system, and all-day availability of coffee, tea, and snacks. Optional catering offerings available. The room can be set up classroom-style with rows, conference-style with a large center table, or theater-style without tables. The professional building venue includes dedicated hospitality staff to make sure your meeting goes smoothly. The easy-to-find location is nested in between I-5 and State Route 99, is near Amazon’s main campus, and has multiple parking and public transportation options. All included in a basic and affordable rate of $125 per hour (minimum 3 hours). Bundled room rental discounts available for multiple day rentals (save 15% when pre-booking four or more days). Please be respectful and leave our beautiful and professional space as you found it. Normal event clean up, with the exception of the removal of decor you bring in, will be completed by our staff. Excess cleaning or will be charged at the rate of $30/hr. per person. Please be sure to select a starting and ending time that includes your event or meeting setup and strike. Occupation must occur within your selected times. Please book all of the time you expect to be here, including arrival and clean up time. Please arrive on-time. Guests must vacate the space by 5pm unless agreed upon in advance. There is limited storage space and all personal items must be removed promptly at the end of each rental period. We are not responsible for any damage/theft that occurs to personal belongings brought into the rental space. Renter is financially liable for any damage or theft that may occur in the facility during the course of your event. We are a no smoking facility. WA State Sales Tax is included in price. Additional rent billed at 1.5 times the normal rate will be assessed for any overage. Come back and see us again as a student or a guest! RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed-backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. Painter's tape may be used to adhere light posters or large post-its to the windows. *No glitter, confetti, paint, candles, sparklers, or similar mess-making products allowed (we need to keep the space clean for our evening classes). * Kitchen facilities and storage space are limited. We had an extremely complicated set of meetings we had to coordinate off-site and I'm so, so thankful I stumbled across this listing. It was exactly what we needed, and Alan and his team were amazing to work with! Alan made himself available throughout the day to help troubleshoot, clean, and everything in between.
