Our space is located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. With professional lighting and sound the space has the ability to host several different types of events. From weddings, birthday parties, live concerts, community events or art shows we have all you will need to help your event achieve success. The space is raw and can be transformed to anything gritty or glamorous. The size of the space creates a nice intimate atmosphere. We have hosted artists from around the world. Long Beach is one of the most diverse cities in the United States and we think our space fits the same bill. Very LGBTQ friendly and can't wait to here from you about your upcoming event.
Client must provide a complete Event Timeline, Floor Plan, and Vendor Contact List at least one week prior to the Event date. Client must provide contact information for a day of event coordinator who will be the point of contact for the Event date. A representative will be assigned to your event and will be there from setup to breakdown. ABC License is required for a public event if serving alcohol. Certificate of Liability Insurance of $1 million liability insurance to cover any injury, loss or damages caused by the negligence of Client and your affiliated partners, vendors, and affiliates of the duration of the Agreement and assumption of full responsibility and liability for any and all damages caused to the Venue and surrounding sites. The certificate of insurance must list our space entity as additionally insured. Copy of the certificate must be provided to the Company at least one week prior to the Event date. Client agrees to maintain all event activity to area being rented. No Client staff or attendees are permitted upstairs or in any other area of building with the exception of restrooms. Client is responsible for the safety of invitees, guests, managers, and partners including the distribution and consumption of alcohol. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to order, consume, or hold any alcoholic beverage. No alcohol may leave the premises before, during or after the Event. Security services must be provided by a firm on the required vendor list or must be approved one month before the event if needed. No drilling into the walls is permitted. No tape shall be used to affix signage, posters, or artwork. No decorations, cords, or other materials are allowed to be hung or attached. Anything above the rafters must be approved and overseen No food preparation is allowed inside the space other than ordinary substances used for heating food (for example, sterno containers for chafing dishes). Renter shall not cause or permit any gasses, liquids, or odors to be produced upon or permeate from the Rented Area, and no flammable combustible or explosive fluid, chemical or substance shall be brought into the building. Food trucks and vendors are allowed on the property and must submit proper food licenses prior to the event. Client is responsible for returning the Venue to the state it was provided. All trash shall be placed in trash bins and host will take care of the rest.
