We are located in one of queens upscale neighborhood Cambria Heights near all Local transportation and right off all highways. Lots of sunlight picture windows, high ceilings, and French doors,huge chandeliers, platform, private room,and powder room.can hold 70+ people. Liquor license will be required, depending on what type of event that you are hosting will determine the price but just for a base price small meeting the two hours will run $300 and up, business needing space for the weekend, one week, or a month starting at $150. Per hr. Baby showers, bridal shower, anniversary dinner, $800 for 4 hrs.
