All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This loft is a beautiful, vintage loft space located in San Diego's East Village neighborhood. Housed within the historic Carnation Dairy building, this loft has a high arched barrel roof and unmatched wall textures. Great for events for up to 150 guests or photo / video shoots. The pricing listed is for photo / video shoots. Event pricing is higher.

Amazing space - Amazing staff! Really loved Abby. She was so responsive and helpful. I wish I would have known that there was a washer and dryer there because I would have fluffed the wrinkles out of the linens. So if you are reading this I hope thats a helpful tip. If I would have looked around I would have easily discovered it, but I didn't and only thought about it after the fact. I also used Wild Thyme catering and they were awesome and very familiar with the venue. We set up a photobooth through https://www.jerryphotobooth.com/ and he was amazing, and finally we used https://djdubbevents.com/ and he was amazing!

Zack and his team were incredibly easy to work with...hands off enough to where we had the ability to produce our event correctly, hands on enough to where we felt like we had support the entire way through. I couldn't possibly give a better recommendation for a space in San Diego. Did I mention how much more beautiful it was in person than in the photos?

The space is gorgeous! It was the perfect spot for a video shoot. The host was very responsive and even checked in with us day-of to make sure everything was running smoothly. This was our 2nd time renting the space and we would rent again if/when needed!

This space was perfect for our shoot. It is absolutely beautiful. Zach was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even went to home depot and purchased some moving pads for us the place around the large door to dampen the sound from the street. We will definitely use this space again.
