This space is a collective workspace. The building stands alone on Orange Ave. in the historic California Heights neighborhood in Long Beach, CA. Located next door to California Heights Market, visitors can enjoy an impressive selection of beer and wine. The best time to book is evenings, and any time Saturdays and Sundays. Access to the outdoor space must conclude by 8pm. The welcoming and stylish workspace environment was designed by Marni Farmer of So Smitten Events. The space features a state-of-the-art photography studio, communal meeting space, hair/makeup chair, changing room, two restrooms, water dispenser, Keurig, plentiful free street parking, and heating and air conditioning. Rental Includes: - Communal table and lounge workspace. Great for working on your computer or for meeting with your colleagues or clients. - Table and chairs available for small meetings and conferences (furniture and decor subject to change). - Great space for workshops, classes, meetings, and auditions. - Wifi - TV monitor for presentations - Sonos sound system If you would like access to the outdoor space, please see our add-on options.
