Free street parking

There is a good amount of free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Right out in front of the building, the parking is limited to 2 hours until 6pm on weekdays (but is unlimited after 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday). If the neighborhood is busy - you might have to park 2 or 3 blocks away.

Usually we will be in the space at least 15 minutes prior to your start time, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to get into the building or the rental room until the exact time of your booking start. **Please enter via the RED front door, which should be unlocked by the start of your booking.** We expect you to be tidied up and cleared out of the building by your booking end time. If you need to stay later, we will contact Peerspace to extend your booking at our regular rate (or our late-night rate of $150/hour if it is later than 11pm). There is no SMOKING or VAPING allowed. No GLITTER and no GUM. Please do not use tape on the floor, or affix anything to the walls or curtains with tape or nails or staples without checking in with us first. Alcohol may be served (but not sold) if your rental includes only people who are 21 and older. Your rental includes: Folding tables (four 6-foot; two 4-foot) Stacking banquet chairs (approx. 95, although they are spread throughout the building). Regular florescent lighting. (The LED lights are not included in the base rental.) Access to WiFi (Network is "academy-guest" and password is "guestwifi") Access to our "honor-system" snack area with water, soda, and snacks available for $1 each. Tech available at additional cost: 55" Rolling television with internal speakers - $50 per rental Four banks of overhead LED lighting with 8 pre-set "looks" - $50 per rental (note that the LED lights can be re-focused with the use of our ladder) When you leave the space, please return any folding tables or music stands to their cupboard; re-stack the banquet chairs; and clean up any personal items/trash/spills from the rental hair (we have brooms available). We do have a $25 cleaning fee, but that is for a professional cleaner to scour the bathrooms and kitchens, it is not intended for the general clean-up of trash and spills from your rental. If the room is left with damage, trash, spills, GLITTER or GUM - we will contact Peerspace and add an additional $100 damage fee fee to your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
