About the Space
HOURLY RATE : $200 per hr up to 20 people, larger crew inquire rates. VIDEO of the house is available, message host for the link. This Glamorous ‘Old Hollywood’ estate is a truly one-of-a-kind and has been restored to its former glory. With 4 bedrooms up stairs, gorgeous large main sitting room with original cake moulding and fireplace, opulent dining room, tv room, breakfast room and kitchen. Located on Normandie Hill, this property flawlessly blends old-world character w/ modern style & luxury, is the perfect back grounds for stills and motion. Generous lot including ample gated parking, proper detached 2-car garage, brand new pool & landscaped grounds. SITE REP + AREAS : All bookings will have a designated site rep who will be on site to assist with any questions. PARKING : There is space for 4-5 cars on the driveway. OVERTIME : If you stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, you will be charged for overtime at the hourly rate and prorated by the half-hour. Shoots after 10pm are double time. FLOOR PROTECTION : booties for shoes- layout board or matts for under equipment. 20 and over crews need to cover main shoot/walk ways with layout board or mats. AMENITIES : Wifi, Bathroom access, pool (solar heated). PERMITS : Shooting/filming permits are the responsibility of the production. Please feel free to scout my property prior to your shoot. Darren

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Normandie Manor is amazing!! I cannot get over what a fabulous job Darren did at restoring this beautiful Old Hollywood Mansion. It is the stuff of Hollywood Dreams. Each room is special in it's own right, and it was near impossible to choose where to shoot, so we used almost all of the rooms. :) Darren is a super gracious host and made us feel right at home. He is very hospitable and friendly. After a few short hours I felt as if I had known him for years. You will for sure not be disappointed with this home or this entire experience. I would definitely book again in the future!!!
