As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings, workshop, parties and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy the space as well! Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group! The unique nature of our indoor/outdoor living space is what makes this space work for everyone. While large enough to entertain 100 people (inside and out), we have found that depending on the event, 20 - 25 people is comfortable, not overwhelming and can work well even if the weather is disagreeable. The space is open, yet cozy and offers a zen-like ambiance that encourages our guests to stay, mingle and generally leave with a feeling like they can't wait to come back! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. There is a projector in the living room that is connected to an Apple TV and can be connected to any computer or device with HDMI. It projects to over 120" onto the wall and can be easily used for a slide presentation, movie night, game day/night, slideshow or anything else you can think of! The indoor dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for larger groups. Caterers who have come to cook for different groups have all mentioned how fun and easy it was to prep and serve at the house. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs.
- This is our personal home, so our expectation is that you will treat our home as you would hope someone would treat you home, with care and respect. The house should be left in the same condition in which it was found. - Absolutely no indoor smoking. Cigarette butts need to be disposed of in outdoor garbage container. - Please be aware that this is a quiet, residential neighborhood and respect our neighbors' right to peace and quiet. You may play whatever music you like inside the house (no DJ's or live bands) but no music can be played outside expect for quiet background music like classical and yoga-type music until 9PM. - No strippers, stripper poles or "adult parties" at the house. - No pets. - No tape or stickers of any kind on walls, cabinets or woodwork. - No confetti, glitter or other "decorative litter" -it's just too hard to get all of it up - No illegal activity on the property. -Please keep out of all locked cabinets. - Please clean and return all kitchen items to their original location. -Although the property is family friendly, children over the age of 2 will require prior approval. -Since we are in a residential area, there is street parking available. However, due to the amount of entertaining we allow at the house, (and a concerted effort to keep our neighbors happy) we have created some rules around parking. Depending on the type of event at the house, most groups will be limited to 6 cars. There is a Kroger right across the street from our neighborhood (2 min drive). When we have larger groups, we ask that people park there and the individuals with the 6 cars shuttle the others to the house. - Prior to check-out, please put garbage in the green bin under the bush outside the garage and the recycling in the blue bin inside the garage. - If something is damaged or broken during your stay, please be proactive about bringing it to our attention. We understand that accidents happen, but hiding / covering up damage will be met with a less forgiving tone. Beyond that common sense usually prevails. - Weekend evening rentals (Fri - Sat - Sun) that run past 4pm and span less than 8 hours will incur an additional $175 charge. - If this all sounds like no big deal for your group, then we welcome you with open arms!!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was great - perfect for our one-day, in-town retreat. We were able to move around comfortably and truly focus on the business of the day. The only downside was that it rained during our stay, preventing us from enjoying the beautiful backyard space, too. Trish was very responsive on the day of the event and helped ensure we had what we needed for a successful day.

I absolutely loved this space! It was perfect for my photo shoot! I’m a chef, so of course the kitchen stood out to me the most! The backyard was beautiful and created a perfect background for my pictures! The host Trish was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend booking this space for your next event!!!

This space is amazing for entertaining. The open floor plan allowed everyone to flow freely. The multiple bar areas allowed for everything to be displayed perfectly. We didn't really have a chance to use the outside area but it's beautiful. Trisha was so nice! As a side note, parking is very limited but not to much of a hassle since Kroger is literally like a min or 2 away. I would recommend having a "valet" type service or just a designed "shuttle" person. This is for those that don't follow the invite instructions LOL.
