Street parking available. It's only hard to find a spot during street cleaning hours in the mornings. After 10am there are usually spots available within a block.
There is also a paid parking lot within the same block

Stairs, Freight Elevator
Equipment loading description
Equipment must be loaded through Main entrance in the corner.
Freight elevator must be booked in advance and coordinated at the moment of booking request and only available for set up time and break down time. Guests or attendees entrance is through the stairs via corner main entrance. ( please note: There are some steps to get to the freight elevator )
Staging area is available
At an additional cost for $150 per day. ( additional studio space in the building upon availability, please request it at the moment of booking request )
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
You may shoot anywhere Inside the studio.
No shooting in hallways, elevators or any other of the building outside the studio.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional deep cleaning of the studio in between bookings.
We have also limit the number of bookings per day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:

Such a cute spot! We used it for a surprise birthday and it was perfect. The projector, the lighting and plants were all cozy. Majo was available just down the hall as well so communication was easy. Thanks Majo!
