About the Space
Large sunny loft style studio space is great for Dinner parties, Interviews, Receptions, Off-site Meetings, Film or Photo shoots, Pop-ups, Show rooms, Exhibitions, Gallery, pop ups, Art Workshops, Yoga workshops, small gatherings, etc. Only 2 blocks away from the subway ( L train - Halsey stop). Very hip location, border of Ridgewood and Bushwick.

Parking description
Street parking available. It's only hard to find a spot during street cleaning hours in the mornings. After 10am there are usually spots available within a block.
There is also a paid parking lot within the same block

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional deep cleaning of the studio in between bookings.
We have also limit the number of bookings per day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.
Such a cute spot! We used it for a surprise birthday and it was perfect. The projector, the lighting and plants were all cozy. Majo was available just down the hall as well so communication was easy. Thanks Majo!
