Available Monday - Sunday $400/hr with required 3hr event booking (1hr load-in, 3 hour event, 1 hour load-out) *initial load-in and load-out is free -- additional hours available for $200/hr It would be our pleasure to host you at our venue. Located in Oakland, is an open floor plan venue available for weddings, private parties, seated dinners, art shows, and standing cocktail receptions. The 3,600 square foot space features a full bar as well as an enclosed outdoor patio garden and rotating art display. Conveniently located blocks away from the 12th Street/Oakland City Center BART station in the heart of Downtown Oakland. An excellent location to entertain for office happy hours, conference after parties, or personal events. Our objective is to provide you with a superior experience in a beautifully inviting venue. SPACE FEATURES - Full Buyout: up to 100 guests standing, or 60 seated - Guests have exclusive access to venue including: the bar, back patio, small stage and in house AV. - 2 all gender restrooms - Full cocktail service capabilities + beer and wine options. - Staffing to service your group, based on your guest count. - 2 projectors available for videos, slideshows or sporting events. - Full service catering permitted through Metal & Match or one of our catering partners. IN-HOUSE CATERING/BAR SERVICE Venue Host provides all food and beverage services. Minimums may apply dependent upon type of event. Host will work directly with guest on customizing a predetermined set food and drink list. No outside beverage allowed. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. Host can assist guest on these elements and refer guest to Peerspace Concierge Team for anything else. AV: Microphone, and house sound system available. Additional services, including gobos, custom lighting, & TV rentals, can be arranged through an AV partner. Music: Live music, DJs or house playlists are welcomed. Photos: We can assist with recommendations for a photographer, or photo booth. Florals: We can connect you with a florist to add the perfect finishing touches to the space. CONVENIENCE The area has street parking and have suggested garages close to us. PRICING: A buyout of The Alice Collective includes the exclusive use of the venue only. *If your event requires food and beverage our price points vary based on size. The rate will include a rental fee, a bar minimum, flat rate staffing fee and tax.

The space could not have been more perfect for my 40th Birthday party. I had 70 people in attendance and there was still room to walk around comfortably. The staff was professional and my birthday party was seamless from start to finish. The cool thing about the space is that it has 2 private outdoor areas in back so that way you didn't have to go in front of the building to get some fresh air which made it really nice. If you are looking to throw a birthday, baby shower, wedding, reception really anything this space is PERFECT!!

The space was stunning! It was the perfect venue for my company’s corporate event in Oakland. Ryan was an exceptional host from the moment I requested more information about the venue (all the way from NYC) to the day of the event. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process, making recommendations and alterations to fit the needs of our event. He also recommended Fern/ Tacos El Precioso to cater our event which was a crowd favorite. They were able to setup a grill in the gorgeous outdoor space for our guests to get made to order tacos. Ryan also made great recommendations for the bar offering we provided for our guest which included beer, wine, and 2 specialty cocktails. The entire experience with the Alice Collective was seamless. Great service, staff, and phenomena venue! I highly recommend this space for any event and will definitely be booking it again.

We just wrapped up a wedding here on Saturday and were completely thrilled with how everything went. We had an amazing time, as did all of our guests – most of which who commented directly about the beautiful space and delicious food. I came to find this venue after complications led me to cancel my original space about 1 month prior to the event date. Staff (in particular Ryan) was quick to respond and set up time for us to discuss what my partner and I were looking to pull off. From planning to prep, setup and execution the day of, everyone that I worked with here was patient and delightful, going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I'd recommend this venue and any of their accompanying services a thousand times over. We really cannot thank them enough for the most perfect day.
