This is a brand new 2018 townhome roughly 20 minutes by transit link from downtown Seattle. Activities that would work well for this space include photo shoots, small meetings/gatherings, film shoots in a "modern home" setting, or anything that requires a large rooftop deck. We have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in Seattle and my partner and I only use the master bedroom on the top floor. The other 2 bedrooms could be used to stage some sort of shoot or potentially host a small meeting or gathering. The rooftop deck is about the size of the two spare bedrooms and can also host or provide a space for a photoshoot. The space is very easy to get to whether by car or public transit. We are a 3 minute walk from the Seattle transit link station (a light rail service). The outside of our townhome is painted a radioactive green and the two townhomes on either side of us are painted equally stark shades of yellow and orange so they make great instagram opportunities. The rooftop deck is quite large and we have a shared backyard with all 5 townhome units that's well kept. The house itself has very minimalist furniture and quirky airwork, including Communist posters, making it an easy space to move things around in or bring other furniture/props in stage. In the home, you can comfortably fit 6-8 adults downstairs, standing. Sitting you could fit 4-5 in the living room, another 6 around the dining table. On the second level, you could fit 3-4 adults comfortably in each room, but more if needed. The deck can easily host 10-15 people.
No smoking allowed in the house, on any of the decks, or near the front door of the house. Pets would be permissible on a case by case basis but generally, we'd like to keep large dogs away from the carpets and furniture.
