We've hosted all sorts of activities in the past and are certain our space is perfect for your next production. Tell us about your shoot and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs. THE VIBE Playful and spirited, this East Bay home has whimsical touches, splashes of color and views to match! THE DETAILS Interior barn doors, a farm sink and hardwood floors give this ranch a welcoming interior, and open onto a beautifully hardscaped back patio with expansive views over the valley. THE SCOOP A charming home for editorial production, as well as shoots that demand views and a lighter, fun approach.
FOOD AND DRINK Host works exclusively with [email protected] email them for options. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
