Welcome to our sunny and spacious multipurpose office space located in the heart of DTLA's Art’s District. We’re located on the ground floor of a bustling commercial building, and are walking distance from some of the best breweries, coffee shops and eateries in all of LA. With over 3,100 square feet of newly renovated commercial space, as well as a private and impressive back patio, our office offers a refined industrial aesthetic that is the perfect place for your next meeting, event, photoshoot and more. HIGHLIGHTS: - Refined, industrial aesthetic - Fully furnished office space - Kitchenette with snacks and beverages provided - Natural light - Fast and reliable WiFi - Centralized AC and heating - Private conference room with large TV equipped for screen sharing - Conference call Polycom phone - 4 large conference tables in bullpen - Private enclosed back patio - Located on the ground floor with ramp leading from lobby to door for easy load-in and load-out - Entire building equipped with security features, including cameras, front door key pad and alarm - Two private bathrooms in office - Impressive main lobby - Space available for private or shared events
- No smoking indoors (back patio is OK) - Since this is a shared office space, the two smaller private offices are off-limits at all times - No overnight use, but can negotiate timeframe - Up to 3 pets allowed - No parking in back lot, it is reserved for tenants - Main front door must remained closed at all times, if you are expecting guests you can share the access code with them - We share this building with other businesses/tenants, so please be respectful of our neighbors and space - Any weekend rentals will be charged an additional $50 per hour to cover location rep costs - We charge time and a half for every hour that exceeds our normal 9am-6pm business hours

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Everything was FABULOUS. Laney went above and beyond to get me situated with their space. She even worked with me over the weekend on her personal beach day! The rest of the crew, Cameron, all the interns etc - very nice. I would definitely hang out with them again.
