Studio B (base rental) is a fully equipped photo/video studio with multiple Paul Buff Einstein and Alien Bees strobes plus a variety of modifiers, including a glass lens projector with a multitude of slides. The strobes are controlled using the remote Cyber-Commander light control system. Also included are mounted RGB and full spectrum white continuous LED lighting units for video productions. The studio contains full width black (low-key), white (high-key), and green (chroma-key) motorized vinyl backdrops, plus many other colored paper background options and photo canvas for head shot and product photography. The studio is equipped with a full length mirror, full HD monitor for camera output, Bluetooth soundbar to play your own music, posing stools, step ladder for overhead shots, and an industrial fan for that wind-blown hair look! Also included with your Studio B session is a professional photo concierge to help with the lighting and background setup! If needed, a professional photographer is available for an additional cost as an add-on. Studio C (add-on rental) is a visual radio studio that is professionally equipped for prerecorded podcasts and live broadcasts for any social media platform (Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, etc), streaming service (LiveStream, ROKU, Amazon Fire, etc), or direct to a terrestrial radio or TV station! The Studio C add-on option is in addition to the Studio B base price and INCLUDES the sound engineer. Studio A (add-on rental) is an advanced TV production studio for talk-shows, training sessions, musical performances, and more! There are two add-on options. One for just the studio and lighting (you supply the crew and cameras), and the full use option where we also provide the crew, plus production and camera gear. A full private dressing room is next to all the studios with a Hollywood style makeup mirror, vanity, full-length mirror, clothing steamer, Bluetooth speaker, USB charging station, professional styling chair & a full set of professional hair styling appliances. A rolling, all steel wardrobe rack is also available to use. Upon arrival a comfortable & roomy reception area greets visitors with a 4K TV 70" monitor, a reception desk, a full red-carpet area for social media pictures plus complimentary Keurig drinks and spring water. All throughout the studio there is free Wi-Fi for our guests. PLEASE NOTE: Rental times begin when the first person in your group enters the studio and ends when the last person leaves! It is recommended that you book an amount of time that will allow your photographer(s), model(s), and/or talent to arrive and get settled in plus do any preparation (hair, makeup, etc.) before the session begins. For instance, if you plan on an hour shoot, then a two hour booking is suggested. For sessions over an hour long, you should reserve enough time for prep and breakdown, plus the actual shoot time. Our location is in the heart of Quincy, MA and is within walking distance of dozens of shops and restaurants. Most within one or two blocks. We are easily accessible from several major highways plus one block from the Quincy MBTA subway station which is also a bus and commuter rail stop. The building is wheelchair accessible with an elevator and handicap parking in front.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
