Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Noel is a great host. He was very responsive. The space was exactly as advertised. It was affordable, clean, had everything I needed and was easy to access. I used it for a photoshoot but I can see this space being used for other things as well. I would definitely use it again!

A very well-placed no hassle way of conducting business. The window light is insanely good. Spacious, great heat, and the free parking directly in front of the unit was a huge plus. I'll definitely be back. Also, the walls look purple, but they are grey, which was even better for me personally. It killed the need for bringing a backdrop.

The space is great! Make sure you get there early so the space has enough time to heat up...very cold!! Comfortable once the heat kicked in though. Will definitely use the space again!
