All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Intro: This infinity white cyc has approximately 200 square feet with three walls, 10 feet by 15 feet, rigging on the top, about 12 feet high. Our standing sets are built in June 2018 includes: courtroom, police station, jails, hospital, vault, classroom, living room, bedroom, casino poker room, kitchen, office and lots more. Most of our sets are pre-set dressed already. We want to save your time and art budget for your project. There is no hiding fees, what you see on the website is what you are going to pay. We are located in the city of Maywood, 8 miles from downtown LA. This list is for the white cyc only. Every single set got a different price, please message for more details or combined price.

Parking description

We have a private gated parking lot at the back of the building with ground level loading dock. If you stack parking, it can fit like 40 to 50 standard vehicles.

1. No Porn 2. No Flame 3. No Food or Drink on Set (production office is provided for having lunch) 4. Payment has to be submitted 5 business days before filming

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
