About the Space
Beautiful newly built independent movie theater with small Café perfect for networking. The Cafe can be rented separately to set up a red carpet right outside your movie screening. The Cafe is rented at separate cost (please inquire, if interested). Theater seats up to 70 people, 4K Enhanced Projection, 160" screen, surround sound and 12 foot stage. Space can be rented for screenings, parties, workshops and more. Beautiful location one block from the water.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Excellent theater for independent film screening. Our screening was an absolute delight--I can't imagine having it anywhere else. Beautiful and clean theater, attached cafe that can also be rented or used for snacks and drinks to run a tab, beautiful area in Brooklyn. We set up our step-and-repeat outside and it was a perfect. Owner warned there is no parking but we came a couple hours early and found street parking easily. Will definitely come back!
