The first floor space provides a large open area (approximately 2,500 ft² up to 200 people) that houses huge rolling doors to open out onto the patio with grilling capability, WIFI, great audio system, and clean and modern restrooms. We can provide additional add-ons, such as a large partial kitchen (no stove/oven) for catering, a 22-car parking lot, meeting rooms, and a training room. The outdoor space (patio and/or parking lot) can be tented to accommodate up to 300 total guests. We have 4 large farmhouse tables accommodating up to 48pp. These tables may be arranged as one large farm style table ideal for lunch or dinners or can be removed ($). We have stadium seating for 40 and an additional 80 chairs that can be set up for conferences and seminars to utilize the audio visuals ($). A huge work station with additional work space for caterers preparing food for up to 200pp, with a commercial refrigerator and sink. The caterer will need to rent a convection oven if needing to cook on-site. *Host can recommend a preferred caterer, or outside catering is welcome. There will be a required $100 cleaning fee for use of the kitchen. An additional cleaning fee may apply dependent upon size of event and # of cleaners needed ($25/hr per cleaner). $100/hr Mezzanine Viewable from downstairs, this 650ft² mezzanine provides additional breakout and event space above the rest (54pp), whether seated on additional tiered seating or tables and chairs.
