INTERIOR SPACE: Rental is for 15200 square-foot 2nd floor apartment. Host can be onsite during shoot if requested. STAGING: Furniture may be moved for shoot -- but must be returned to original setup before departure. Please handle items with consideration and care as many our unique and irreplaceable. Also, take photos before moving furniture & changing setup as a reminder of how to re-stage the space to original configuration. PARKING: Parking is street parking only. Items can be loaded through alley in the back of the apartment. NO Early Arrivals. Doors open promptly at scheduled shoot time. No loitering by crew/cast/client in driveway or parking lots ahead/before of shoot. OUTDOORS: Keep shooting outside to a minimum if possible. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time, so please include that in your reservation. SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit MAY be required via Venmo/Paypal. It will be returned to you after your event, provided that the space is returned in the way it was received. INSURANCE: Liability Insurance required. SMOKING: No smoking allowed. PETS: Allowed on a case by case basis. CLEANING: you will be responsible to leave no trace behind, take out trash, return everything to original setup. OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged Time & 1/2. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we require that Production inform us if anything is damaged during its use. Each booking request should include the following: *Desired date(s) *Max number of Cast / Crew / Clients *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down. *Equipment\food\drinks situation AVAILABILITY: 7 am to 11:00 pm
