Host delivers the space equipped with all furnishings, a podium, built-in sound system with a mic and connection to a moveable 80" monitor, WIFI, polycom, dedicated use of the hallway for reception or catering, and clean, modern restrooms. You may add a private outdoor vestibule, dedicated first floor lunch space, or the mezzanine for additional breakout or catering space. Claudia was very responsive and the venue was great. As it was first time renting the space, there was some uncertainty on what space was available for use and what wasn't. I just hope we didn't overstep.
