There are tons of paid lots just around the building on every block as well as metered downtown parking. We recommend using the paid lots as meters get expensive and there is a 2 hour time limit on most.

Large windows with curtains to block light. Space has bright diffused light from all day with no direct light. All photos in the space have no additional lighting added.

You get a bit of regular downtown city noise, however, the space is on an interior well so it stays quiet, especially with the windows shut. The AC is a bit noisy but not necessary most months of the year because the space stays cool..

Elevator, Stairs

There is an alley way just next to the building. Do not leave your car there for an extended period, you will get a ticket. While unloading/loading, please make sure to get as close to the wall as possible so you do not block traffic. It is a very busy alley that is used for multiple buildings.

Bottom level

-A final crew sheet must be submitted 24 hours in advance to be use to coordinate for the space. Please send the list through Peerspace of everyones first & last names who will be attending. -Please provide everyone in your booking a copy of the space rules so everyone is on the same page. -Violation of any rule will result in a MINIMUM $50 fine per rule. It is not fun to charge extra for us, so please just follow the rules :) -This is a production studio, not a party space. -Strict NO SHOE POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS. VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED. I provide a shoe-safe cleaner to wipe the bottoms of shoes if they are necessary for a shot. :) Please bring socks if you do not want to go barefoot, there are no exceptions to this rule & booties/shoe covers are NOT permitted. -Please keep all windows shut for the duration of your booking. -There is AC inside of the unit that you are free to use. Please turn it off before you leave if you turn it on. -Noise violations that result in notifications from the building are $500. If we receive a noise violation from your booking, you will be asked to vacate the space immediately. With the windows shut, this should be no issue and has not been an issue in the past :) -Please be quiet during load in and load out in hallways and common areas. -Props are there for your use. If you are moving props around, please snap a photo so it can be put back correctly. -What is out in the space is there for your use. No one should EVER go through cabinets or closets. If you need something that you don't see, please ask. Do not break this rule, these are someones belongings. -Do NOT move any furniture or lights without approval by your host. Having to reset the place will result in a $150 redressing fee for your production. -Do NOT unplug anything that is taped into any outlet. They are taped so they are not moved and are set up through apps which require reprogramming and someone to come do that. $100 fee if these are moved. -Trees should NEVER be moved. ever. They are extremely sensitive and will die and are expensive. -If at any point you think you may need to extend your booking, please let your host know as soon as you do. We are more than happy to accomodate extensions as much as we can :) -We allow a 5 minute grace period before or after your booking times. Anything past that will be charged, please be respectful of the space, its schedule and those who work here. -Your booking is for the time you reserve. If someone from your production needs to be in the space early for set up, please be sure to adjust your booking for that time as the space runs on a schedule. -No equipment should ever be placed in the hallway or by the elevators. Every part of your production shall remain INSIDE of the space at all times - Hallways/Stairwells/elevators are common areas - blocking these areas is not fair to other people in the building & is also considered a fire hazard by fire officials which could result in a fine by the city paid by you. Please do not clog common areas of the building. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER, feathers or small particles that will pollute the space. -Do not leave trash around the space. This attracts bugs. Cleaning fees are for sanitization and resetting, not to clean up your trash, spilled food or drinks. Alcohol & Smoking is not permitted. -Food should only be consumed in the kitchen area. Please do not eat over rugs. -No loud. If you are playing music, please be sure it is kept at a respectable volume to neighbors and tenants. Overall, please just be respectful of the space, HAVE FUN & get your shot!

Please ask before moving any furniture. If permitted, please move with two people. Please be sure to take a photo of how the space was set up BEFORE you move any props so you can put it back how it was set. Large trees cannot be moved.
