Available 7-days a week | 8AM-11PM This fine art gallery is located in Menlo Park at the crucible of tech, finance, and invention. It is a sophisticated and relaxed exhibition gallery space that rotates art exhibitions. We also provide art talks on current exhibitions and film screenings for an extra charge. We can accommodate TED Talks, recruiting parties, conferences, singles meet ups, holiday parties, private corporate and public events. We have also featured science, technology and crypto currency events. The gallery is a well lit space with an attached small gallery room, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. Our capacity is 60 (chairs are $2, 5 chairs included in price). At our largest standing room only event 125 people attended. Our Pricing: Hourly rate from 8am to 10pm is $300, Saturdays $500 6 hours booked = 10% discount 8 hours = 20% discount Mondays and Tuesdays = 20% discount Set up and clean time is $100 If your group wants to use it as a conference space (8 hours per day), we can rent it for a flat fee of $1500 per day after the first day for a maximum of 4 days. Food and drinks For every booked rental our Moet et Chandon bar is included. White wine or drinks served in our logo glasses. Food Stationary catering on or long gallery table with table cloth Hors D`Oeuvres $15 per person Cheese Meat, Fruit Platter $9 per person Drinks* Champagne, high end wines, sparkling water $25 per person High end wines, sparkling water $17 per person Beer, soft drinks $6 per person One server: $40 per hour We can also organize catering with 2 server. Outside catering hast to be approved. No sticky, oily food. Only finger food. Catering needs to be picked up right after event. If the following day, additional charge of $50. Downtown Menlo Park is a quiet enclave surrounded by a nestled family neighborhood. We are located next to the new and trendy Camper Restaurant on Santa Cruz Avenue with chef Greg Kuzia-Carmel. Palo Alto and Stanford University is located only 2 miles away. * we only serve clear beverages, no red wine since this is a fine art gallery

This was the perfect space for a panel event/networking happy hour that my company hosted for a group of about 30 guests. The space was very open and inviting, clean, had all the amentities we needed (chairs and microphones) and Katharina did a beautiful job setting up a wine bar and hors d'oeuvres. This space has great energy and the environment is great. I teach Bikram yoga, this space is perfect for beginners in our modified class. I would highly recommend this space. The art is really fine art too. The event was perfect.
