About the Space

The farm, located 40 minutes north of Manhattan, is 30 acres of pasture, stables and wooded trails. We are 5 miles from Croton-on-Hudson train station (Metro North or Amtrak). The towns of Yorktown Heights, Croton on Hudson and Peekskill are all within 5 miles. We have large lawns with tall specimen trees, large gambrel roofed stable, stone walls, rustic outbuildings, fenced paddocks and pasture, indoor riding arena, outdoor riding arena, cottage, garages, woodland trails. We have two parking lots for ample parking. Ideal for photo and film shoots, corporate training events. Wifi in some spaces. Limited rest room and dressing room availability. Price dependent on number of people using space. Any use of horses or parts of the facility where we need to limit our own business activity may cause the price to increase.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

A beautiful beautiful location! The hosts were great and accommodating to our needs. Would recommend for a photoshoot. :)

What a beautiful space!! We shot our leather bags here and it went perfectly. It's full of old fences, open fields, barns, stables, beautiful horses (and alot more...the property is very large and we only shot for a half day). Patty and Jim were super helpful and nice to work with. Would love to come back and explore more. Thank you!!
