The space price includes chairs and tables. We provide a prep kitchen (Food & Beverage - BYOF & BYOB)

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Overall my experience went well. Prior to the event communication went well. Thankfully the colors I wanted were a high request from others as well so I was able to get the color scheme I wanted. She kept me up to date about my decor. She was on time and let my guest and I enjoy the event. The only negatives I have is that there was one chair decoration missing, my balloons did not match the my flowers as I requested but they were still pretty, the white dance floor tape looks tacky and should be redone soon, and the bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. I had to have my mom help me clean it before guest arrived. Also be aware if you have a MacBook that you may have difficulties using the tv. I never got it to work but I am also not a tech wiz. In addition I was told to use my own internet which isn't a huge problem. However, I think connections issues could have been resolved had the venue had internet. Overall none of the negatives would deter me from booking again. It was cost efficient and the decor turned out great. All I had to do was add my personal touch. P.S. My guest had a really difficult time finding the place so be sure to give step by step directions (even though none of my guest read the instructions).

This space was wonderful! Roseline was very accommodating with her space, and made setting up for the party a breeze! The natural lighting inside lit up the whole room beautifully, and overall it was very spacious. Also, the parking is plentiful. Rose was so easy to work with. She was very responsive even though she birthed a child around the time of our event. I was so shocked! The space is perfect for an intimate event. We hosted a post wedding brunch. The space offers a TV and we utilized the Bluetooth speaker to play music which was nice. The parking garage makes parking free and easy. We did our own decorating but Rose does offer decor packages. I would definitely recommend the space and would use it again if I needed a private small space for something. I've actually referred a friend already.
