All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. >>>PERMIT required for shoots of 10 people and over or any crew with a big equipment truck<<< A damage security deposit of $500 (Venmo, Cashapp or cash) will be asked at the beginning of the booking after the walk through and returned on the same day at the end of the booking. For shoots of 10 people and over a certificate of insurance is mandatory For shoots of 7 people and over, a location manager fee will be added for the entire shoot: $25/h. Protective pads, tennis balls or blankets are required to use C-stand or tripod (to protect the brand new hardwood floor) * NO SHOES, NO HEELS inside the house (brand new hardwood floor) * No suitcases inside the house * No leaning against walls (pink walls, white walls, wallpapers) * Don't remove any mirrors, posters, painting or art from the walls * No smoking inside. No alcohol. No pets * No eating indoors unless it's part of the shoot * Leave space as you found it. Overtime is 1.5x hourly rate. The use of the popcorn machine requires an additional $20 for cleaning. I am beyond excited to meet you and watch your creativity take flight!
