Client agrees to use the assigned office space exclusively for office uses.
Client will not store or use in the office any machinery, chemicals, food or other matter that will increase the fire hazard, cause any abnormal amount of noise, create any smell or use an abnormally large amount of electricity.
Offices are to be kept in an orderly and professional fashion.
Small refrigerators, stand-alone commercial copy machines are NOT permitted. Any other high energy consuming devices must be negotiated prior to installation.
Tenant must use the SSBC internet access. No DSL or other internet access is permitted. Space heaters of any kind are prohibited by the local fire laws.
No office sub-leasing is allowed without written approval. Adding additional tenants must be approved in writing.
