About the Space
Let me Entertain you with our beautiful home in Malibu. Our fabulous deck is perfect for events. There is also a grass available for added space or other activities . Accommodates 75 people. House is directly across the street from World Famous Dukes restaurant. Full kitchen w 2 refrigerators. Event fees : 25 people $2000 50 people $2500 75 people $3000 $300 cleaning fee ***$250 an hour for photo shoots only Events on weekend require 3 nite rental of the house at $995 a nite (sleeps 10) on airbnb and Vrbo. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
