All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The perfect venue to get the creative juices flowing. Conveniently located, This place is in the heart of Tyson's Corner. There are restaurants , cafes around it. Building is newly built. All conference rooms are fully equipped and available to use 24/7. It's in a Class A building. Front Desk is available 24/7.

Parking description
Free parking in the garage. There are over 100 free spots so it first come bases. There is parking around the building as well. Metro is a 5 minute walk to the building.
General Rules
Guest are suppose to clean up after they are done with their conference or group workshop.
No smoking inside the building.
Guest can cater food from outside or we can also cater food for them.
We have several people working around the conference room so guest are suppose to respect that.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
