The Medium Conference Room features enough space for up to 6 guests. The space includes a 40-in TV, along with all the necessary HDMI connections needed to rock your presentation. Your conference room access also includes lightning-fast complimentary wifi and kitchen access - always stocked with coffee, water, and more! Please specify if this space will be used for filming or any productions. All productions will require approval over 72 hours in advance (business days) and potentially require additional fees & insurance documentation from the building management separate from us.
FILMING We’re honored that you would find our space an appealing background for whatever you’re shooting, but there are some rules. 1. Please schedule this with the front desk. 2. No unauthorized filming, whatsoever. 3. There is a chance it will cost you some $$$ - inquire within. GENERAL CONSIDERATION Pretty basic stuff, but just in case, some things to keep in mind: • Keep the volume down. This includes your voice and your devices. • Don’t steal stuff. • Don’t bother people. Networking is great and encouraged. Bothering people is not. This includes solicitations and harassment. • Don’t engage in any activity that is reasonably likely to disturb, endanger or otherwise offend any member, guest or property. • Keep it classy. No funny business in the facility. You know what we mean. OTHER NO’S No removing our furniture from your office (or common area furniture/ accessories into your office). No moving any furniture/large items in and out during business hours or without talking to staff first. No replacing or adding door locks. No storing of hazardous materials in your office or bringing them into the facility in the first place.
