- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

We just left our son's (and future daughter's) rehearsal dinner and it was awesome! Everyone loved that we had our own private room instead of going to a restaurant. The space is better than pictured-it's a modern "hip"space. We had 38 people and used the tables with black table cloths and catered the food. Marc is a great host, helped us enter the building and made sure we had what we needed. Super responsive to every question I had. Thank you sooo much Marc!! We and our kids and guests loved our time together!
