All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Have drinks and conversation while swinging in hammocks by the side of a tranquil pool. The house is a genuine Alexander built in 1959. It has since been lovingly restored, added to, and updated while keeping much of its original charm intact. New pool, lots of natural light, outdoor lighting (evening shoots), easy side gate access, open floor plan, added bonus room. The house is in the historic Racquet Club Estates of Palm Springs. It's a 5-minute walk to a park and tennis courts. Drive in minutes to a grocery store, the Uptown Design District, and downtown shops, movies, restaurants, and a water-slide park. A location manager fee may apply.

Pets - case by case
A. No damage or loss to the property or its contents
B. All trash is placed in trash cans and soiled dishes in dishwasher
C. There is no dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning
D. All cigarette butts have been picked up and discarded
E. No other costs are incurred by homeowner due to rental
F. Sliding doors are kept closed during the use of the AC/Heater
G. No glass in pool area
H. Charges incurred due to smoking indoors, or pets
I. Occupancy limits are observed
J. All windows and doors are locked, and electrical devices, lights, and thermostat are turned off upon departure
K. Pool equipment including heater are not tampered with during stay. If premises appear dirty/damaged renter shall inform Homeowner immediately.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras on property, in front of the house, and left and right of the house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
