The Performance Space is an open space with three large windows. In the space, there are a drum set, two baby grand pianos, PA system, amps, and some special lightings. The space is perfect for acoustic musical performances, recitals, auditions, and recordings. It is also good for family-friendly events, baby showers, meetings, birthday parties, social gatherings, film productions, etc. You can have food and drink (alcohol permitted) in the space. The maximum number of the people in the space is 75. There will be additional fees if you require: PA system: $29 flat fee Drums and amps: $18 flat fee 6ft folding tables: $5 per table flat fee Chairs: $1 per chair Our space is very easy to get to. We are close to A, C, E, N, Q, W, R, J, 6 trains off the Canal Street Station.

Dennis and his team, including Mia and Victor, were fantastic. The space was exactly as described and even bigger in person than the photos convey. Dennis was responsive and friendly by email and answered every single question we had, promptly and professionally. Every 'add on' item we requested was provided as promised. The on-site staff was friendly, on-time and helpful at every turn. Overall our experience with Dennis and this venue exceeded our expectations. The event was a music-centric party for teens and adults. The instruments and PA provided were all top-notch. Rent this space from Dennis -- you will not regret it!

This venue and host was very timely with their responses and communication. I️ really appreciated the thorough description of the space and it’s amenities. The one hiccup we had was the receptionist was confused about our start time and turned away my team until it was sorted out. It seemed to be a miscommunication issue. Overall, the venue, pricing, and location suited our needs. I️ would definitely book again.
