We have staff on-site to support your event for the time you have booked the space. Rental time includes load in, setup and strike (breakdown), plan accordingly. Your rental includes white plastic folding chairs, tables and white or black tablecloths. We also offer a variety of other furnishings and linen colors that can be rented at an additional charge. You are free to use your preferred vendor for rentals; however, items MUST be picked up at the conclusion of your event otherwise there is a storage fee of $50 per day. Parking - 2 parking spaces are included with your rental. There is plenty of street parking for your attendees. A private parking lot can be rented for a nominal fee, please inquire prior to booking. We strongly encourage carpooling or rideshare (such as Uber and Lyft). We are located in the heart of Inglewood, less than one mile from the iconic Fabulous Forum and the future Rams/Chargers football stadium.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
