All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a 43 acre property right on the edge of Los angeles, and space rental will be different depending on how much/ which parts of the property will be used. There are extensive rustic outdoor spaces as well as three rental units for indoor activities, a beautiful pool, horses, goats, old cars, and much more. Great for horror movies, 70's shots, nature shots, product or model photography, weddings, or many other kinds of things. A 35 minute drive from downtown LA (with minimum traffic), we are just on the edge of Altadena. Very little noise and light pollution. We do have a half mile private road leading up which is quite rough, but passenger vehicles are fine driving it.

General Rules

- No loud music after 11pm. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for larger events. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. -Furniture and other items around the property cannot be moved around without specific discussions with and permission of property manager(s) first. This includes any small item, anywhere. Much of the ranch is assemblage trash art, and moving around items displaces the artwork. -Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas. -No smoking indoors. $150 cleaning fee will be added for each unit where smoking has occured.
