About the Space

A 1600 square-foot home sits on the middle of an 8000 square-foot lot great for feature films, short films, table reads, photo shoots, etc. it is private and quiet. Both living room and family room have fireplaces. There is a formal dining room that seats six to 10. Large eat in kitchen. Large backyard with small pool and a lot of seating areas and the front yard is private and whimsical. There are two covered outdoor porches. Just blocks away from markets, Rite Aid, Subway, Pollo Loco, and more. unlimited parking on streets but there can be lots of cars on the street.. you never know....

Cissy's home is so adorable and packed with a tremendous amount of character! Cissy was also a complete joy to work with, and was so welcoming to us in her home for our photoshoot. 10/10 would recommend!

Definitely a gem of a location! Very unique - whimsical, homely and beautiful with natural light and plenty of spaces/rooms to utilize. Cissy is a wonderful host who has a lot of knowledge of film productions. She is a very cool host and very accommodating! Very sweet and full of interesting stories. Our crew and cast all had nothing but compliments about the space and host. Don't hesitate and book this fantastic location for your creative project!

Ms. Cissy saved my film! I got some bad news a day before filming and Ms. Cissy approved the booking request the day of. I will definelty be booking this place again in the future.

It is a really lovely space and Cissy is very warm hearted! She helped a lot before and during the production and that is really helpful. The production design of this location is wonderful too.
