All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Lucious spacious hair salon, great for events and gatherings of 20-30 people. Equipped with: Chic style hair salon with, wifi, A/C, refrigerator, color printer, bathroom area, along with 3 shampoo bowls and closet to store your clothes. Plenty of mirrors all around. Egyptian theme statues with gold theme through the salon. And surround sound! Dog friendly place and has a lot of foot traffic but everyone is respectful of entering. A tree is right in front for a shaded or signature area. Tile floor with broom and mop. Street parking in front and back of salon. *Other days can be accommodated upon request. - No smoking. - No loud music after 11pm. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Please provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. General Rules
48 hour advance notice would be great to reassign our clients. Filming and events are allowed just contact me or our manager to assist you.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
