The art studio is a private master suite with attached full bath, 25 foot ceilings and beautiful dreamy light available for shooting or as a creative day office space rental. Use of the master suite also includes parking, a gorgeous two story backyard on a hill which boasts views of downtown. It is located right on the edge of Downtown, in Echo Park, across from Guisados. With many points of interest, it's ideal for fashion shooting, commercial photography, bathroom/bath tub shots, yoga photography, portrait shoots and nude shoots or other shoots which need privacy. Extremely clean, bright and unique. There are 2 couches, art and tables available to use in the space if desired. It is within a shared space in Echo Park with a painter's studio in the living room which can also be rented. P.S. These photos were shot on a shitty iPhone!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
