This warm screening room is perfect for any presentation, viewing party, movie night, sporting event or friendly gathering. Featuring: Comfortable movie theater chairs for up to 24 guests Large projector screen DVD, Blu-ray, Cable and HDMI hookup Tiered seating for unobstructed viewing Surround sound Fully private space Food and beverage can be brought in. To serve alcohol within the space you must use a licensed caterer/bartender with appropriate insurance rider. Catering services are not available through this event space and would need to be sourced by the guest. Booking times should include set-up and clean-up, we recommend adding 1 hour to your event time to account for this. Overtime will be charged if the event runs over.

Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
