About the Space

Perfect for photo and film shoots, retreats and dinner parties, the bungalow is a 4 bedroom + 2 bath home in historic Wallingford. Original 1914 construction fully updated and modernized by local architects, with carefully preserved original details like leaded glass windows, oak hardwood floors with mohagony inlays, and wood burning fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Home gets amazing south and west facing natural light. Large north facing front sitting porch, and south facing back deck with 4-burner gas grill and large firepit out back under our 3 giant cedars. Safe, residential neighborhood close to Greenlake, with easy access from the 99 and I-5, plus free unrestricted street parking. House has 1 king, and 2 queen beds, plus a daybed. Can accommodate up to 50 guests standing, with room for 8-10 at a formal sit down dinner. We’ve supported numerous commercial and editorial clients, from Microsoft, Zillow, and Airbnb, as well as smaller local businesses.

Christine was a wonderful host. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The Bungalow was the perfect backdrop for our photoshoot. Her designer touchs are everywhere and give each room its own unique style. I'll definitely recommend this location to future clients.
