We work with you at every step- before, during, and after- to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the events industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. This location was a dream. Of all the spaces we looked at with good photos this one really stood and when we saw it first hand it was clear this was the one we wanted to use, not just because of the look and feel of the space but the team running the space is top notch, knowledgeable, and prepared for productions big and small. Eduard and Hannah were very helpful with all questions and concerns prior to our shoot and Dina assisted our shoot on the day. The fee structure was made very clear and thus, we were fully aware of additional costs incurred and there were no surprises. We managed to shoot a few different looks all within the same space, stayed on schedule because of this, and the client was very happy with the space--this location is nothing but tasty vibes all dayyy longgg. Highly recommend!!

This space was amazing to work with! The location team was flexible to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth shoot for both production and the location. The space offers a lot of variety just note that it s not sound proof and you will hear street noise but we were able to work around it and it didn't cause any loss of time for us. I would definitely book this location again or work with the location team again at a different one of thier properties.

The location worked out perfect for our needs as we needed a clean, natural light, “creative” location for a two camera interview. Sound was the only issue as it is off a fairly busy street, but we will be able to work around that in post. Dina, who facilitated the rental was a great spirit and communicator, low stress, and pro.
