Modern house with great nature light in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Huge living room with den and open kitchen. Two-car-garage and a boutique garden that fit your filming needs. The den can be PD into a home office, a bedroom or a kid’s room. You are welcome to move stuff around as long as you put it back before departure.
No smoking. No pets. No loud music after 10pm. Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it in. You must remove any equipment you bring in, and you should factor this set up and clean up time in your booking hours. Any damage please let us know right away so that repairs can be made in a timely manner. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs.

Best experience so far for me on Peerspace. The house was clean, organized and just as advertised. Victor was always quick to respond and gave us everything we needed. We shot two separate product videos there in one day, in separate rooms, with a small crew and probably wouldn't have been possible in most houses. There were also lots of great plants and small items that gave us options as props. I highly recommend this location and will likely shoot here again at some point in the future. 5 Stars!
