No smoking. No pets. No glitter, confetti, sand, rice, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks or weapons. No modification of property without prior consent. No illegal drugs or activity. No drilling holes into the walls, ceiling or doors, only gaffers or painters tape. Renter shall return the property in the same condition it was in before access was granted. Site rep and/or security required (determined on a case by case basis). Security damage deposit may apply. Overtime shall be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30 minute increments. Renter shall be in compliance with all the applicable city and state permits. Productions should obtain a permit via FilmLA. Site rep and security required for all events / shoots. No music after 10 PM. All equipment must be delivered and picked up within the booked hours. All equipment must be removed immediately after rental or storage fees will apply. Only complimentary alcoholic beverages (open bar) are allowed and must be consumed inside the property. Possession or consumption in public spaces or outside is prohibited. Alcohol service requires a licensed and insured bartender. Alcohol and food sales are prohibited. No cooking is allowed inside the premises. Renter shall procure and maintain, during the term of the location agreement, comprehensive general liability insurance as required by law. Renter shall submit a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage and naming the property holder as an additional insured for the shoot / event. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
