this is a home office located in Glendale. Access is petty simple, it is an a guest house in the back yard of our main house. The driveway leads all the way to the back to load and unload. We have lots of patio space for catering and crafty. No smoking on the property. Productions over 15 people should bring portable restroom. Lots of parking on the street and on the driveway. I am in production too so i am chill and easy to work with. Floors must be protected. Everything is movable and I can be onsite to oversee it all
LOCATION RULES: Producer understands and agrees that it must strictly abide by the following Location rules and that failure to adhere shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement: A. No nailing, screwing, stapling, bolting, screwing into interior or exterior structures without Owner’s pre-approval. B. Electronics / House Power: Producer shall not use Locations’ electricity or tie–in to house electrical panel without Owner consent. There shall be no moving or disconnecting of sound systems, computers, entertainment centers, theater system, or phone system without the prior consent of Owner. If home theatre, stereos, phones or any electronics are not functioning due to Producer’s use, movement or disconnection of such items, Producer shall be responsible for the cost of a professional selected by Owner to properly reconnect the affected system(s). D. On-Site Representative: Producer shall require that all crew, cast and subcontractors of Producer obey the directions of the location site representatives or Owner as it relates to protection of the Location. E. Smoking Rules: There shall be no smoking inside the Location or anywhere closer than 20 feet from the exterior of the house. There shall be no more than two (2) designated smoking areas with butt cans provided by Producer. In the event of violation of these smoking rules, Producer shall be charged a penalty of $500.00. F. Bathrooms: Production Company is responsible for bringing portable restrooms for cast and crew above 15 people. G. Drugs And Alcohol: The use of illegal or illicit drugs or the consumption of alcohol on the premises at any time during the Shoot Day by any individual associated with the Shoot shall be grounds for immediate shut down of production and a fine levied on Producer in the amount of $1,000.00 per incident. H. Parking: Owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability of parking off the Premises, and Production Company agrees to be solely responsible for arrange such parking. PARKING OF ALL PRODUCTION COMPANY VEHICLES MUST COMPORT WITH FILM LA PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. I. Floor Covering: Production Company agrees to cover all floors and all interior traffic areas with adequate protective floor covering in the form of layout board, furniture pads or rubberized mats, which must be placed under any and all equipment, makeup stations and wherever makeup is applied, and also under all exterior food stations and all interior walkways. J. Neighbors: Production Company agrees to exercise common courtesy to all neighbors and shall not block driveways or impose on neighbors in any way. PRODUCER SHALL UNDERTAKE BEST EFFORTS TO WORK WITH NEIGHBORS REGARDING ALL FILMING ACTIVIES. NOISE SHALL BE KEPT TO A REASONABLE AND TOLERABLE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES. K. Owner Presence: Owner and Owner’s family may be present at the Location throughout the Shoot, provided Producers’ production activities are not disturbed. RESTORATION: Production Company agrees to leave the Location (both interior and exterior) and all items located thereon in as good order and condition as they were immediately prior to any use of the Location by Producer, and to pay for any verifiable and substantiated injury to the Owner or Owner’s family or damage to the Premises that occurs as a result of Producer’s use of the Location by Production Company, except to the extent arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Owner, or Owner’s family members or representatives. PERMITS: Prior to the Shoot Days, Production Company shall obtain all necessary state, city and county permits and approvals from the City of Glendale permit office, and/or any other public or government entity, as required, for all activities on the Location (“Permit(s)”), and to follow all rules and Regulations set forth by them and the City of Glendale Fire Department and City of Glendale Police Department in regard to the Location and neighborhood. In addition, Producer shall provide Owner with a copy of all Permit(s) upon Owner request. Production Company is responsible for providing the owner with a copy of the film permit prior to the shoot. If permit is not pulled, and Production is shut down, it will be at the expense of the Production Company. Location rental fee will not be refunded by the Owner.
