About the Space
Large open spacious loft with 14-foot ceilings, 1500 square feet, modern concrete features. Open area includes a living room and dining space and private guest bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Coffee maker and electric tea kettle. The loft is great for filming and shooting lifestyle and equipped to set up a seamless shoot. Depending on weather space can be a bit dim, I highly recommend bringing some lighting equipment if you are doing a photo/video shoot. Conveniently located in the west loop right off of Randolph st! Free parking surrounding the building. The perfect space for interior shoots, model shoots, magazine shoots, lifestyle shoots, influencer shoots, filmed interviews, small video shoots, and more! We'd love to host your next creative production project!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Very nice space with natural lighting, nice furniture, plants and plenty of room to work with. Host was very responsive. I would definitely use this space again.

I booked this space for a small photoshoot & it surpassed my expectations. Overall, just a beautifully curated & special venue. Shannon was so easy to communicate with & was very accommodating when I needed to extend by an extra 2 hours. I did find parking to be a *little* bit of a challenge, so just give yourself an extra 30 minutes or so, before the booking time starts to sort that out. Loading in/out was a breeze though!
