This is a spectacular open space in a historic church sanctuary. The church is an active congregation and owns the facility. Our recent renovation means new doors, new paint, new bathrooms, new heating and A/C, refinished hardwood, and new LED lighting. We are particularly inspired by off-sites that resonate with our own core values of acceptance, creativity, friendship, leadership, and generosity. Our vision: take 4,000 ft² of space, affix very little furniture to the floor, surround the venue with pine ceilings, maple flooring, and vibrant stained glass, and imagine the possibilities. QUICK FACTS • Location: In downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts, across from a major municipal parking lot. • Venue size: 3,700 square feet (ADA accessible) • Capacity: just shy of 300, with 200 people most comfortable when seated • Comfortable all year, including air-conditioning in the summer • Convenient tech, including LED lighting, WiFi access, and a modern sound system • Excellent acoustics with a grand piano and large pipe organ PAST SUCCESSFUL EVENTS • Small Group Workshops + Trainings • Lectures + Motivational Speakers • Gala Receptions + Fundraisers • Theatre Rehearsals • Music Concerts, incl. classical, folk, and pop • TV Interviews • Annual Meetings • Farmers Markets • Community Dinners Helpful tip: a space of this size (over 4000 ft²) can accommodate dual uses, particularly for events for fewer than 100 attendees.
